What is included in the price?
Our houses come with a kitchen and bathroom, electrical wiring and plumbing connections pre-installed. The exact specification depends on the model — contact us for the floor plan and full details.
How much does a house cost?
Studios start from €7,500, ready houses from €8,500 + VAT, and family homes range from €21,000 to €31,000 + VAT. The final price depends on size and configuration.
Are delivery and installation included?
Transportation and utility connection are charged separately. We calculate the total cost, including delivery and installation, for your plot.
How fast can I get my home?
Stock studios can be installed in just one day. A ready 21 m² house is available in about 30 days.
Can the house be customised?
Yes. We offer different sizes (12–90 m²), studios, 1–3 bedroom layouts, storage units, and one- or two-storey houses.
